Although it's all conjecture, Bachelor brings to the fore some pretty serious issues running through university circles and society today, including the objectification of women, unrealistic expectations of sex, and the impact of porn and the internet on how we form relationships (as well as what kind of relationships they are). Oh and there are some pretty great sexual puns in there too. The film is now available to watch online (trailer below).
I'm super stoked to update that Bachelor, directed by Lewis Peet, will be showing at the Hitchcock Theatre, Mile End on March 23rd before heading off to festivals. The best comedy script I've read from a young screenwriter in a long time, I feel lucky to count myself among the team that worked on this. To watch the trailer, head over to my earlier post.
